📋 Description

• Project management • Train new and existing customers to use our logistics software • Analyze customers’ routing and scheduling operations to determine the best use of our software and services • Implement tools and verify customer data required to perform logistics services • Provide post-implementation support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills — you're comfortable presenting to end users and management • Adaptable and resourceful — you handle shifting priorities and change with confidence • Self-directed and collaborative — able to manage multiple projects independently while staying connected with your team • Comfortable working with data — prior experience in logistics or routing is a plus, but not required • Comfortable working flexible hours to adapt to customer needs
