📋 Description
• Partner closely with the Recruiting and Business Development to serve customers • Build solid relationships to achieve partnership goals • Assist with analysis of Client's needs • Manage and grow relationships with the Client • Connect frequently with the Client to ensure all SLA's are met • Work closely with Business Development team in sales presentations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar business related degree OR 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources • 1+ year of experience in the cannabis industry if not experienced in recruiting, staffing, or human resources • Experience in either sales or customer service • Experience with Google (G-suite) products, Microsoft Word / Excel • Comfortable using LinkedIn • Experience using a CRM system is ideal.
