• Conducting technical interviews with pre-screened candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and experience based on the requirements of the roles at Virtasant’s clients. • Collaborating with other members of the recruitment team for building job pipelines and identifying the most effective methods for screening candidates. • Participating in in-take calls with Virtasant’s clients for reviewing job descriptions, and discussing and understanding the key technical requirements of the roles. • Leading technical conversations with the client if required. • Developing interview questions and/or technical challenges to assess candidates' experience according to the requirements. • Conducting research to find and develop the right assessment for specific roles.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related technical field from a reputable university with an English curriculum. • 2+ years of experience in a technical recruitment position. • 2+ years of experience as a software developer with solid technical knowledge in the backend, frontend, database, and cloud technologies. • Thorough understanding of software development, technical roles, and technical skills. • Thorough understanding of technical interviewing methods and best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Solid experience in using candidate tracking systems, preferably TeamTailor or Greenhouse.
