📋 Description

• Design static ads and simple graphics from creative briefs • Edit short-form video ads from UGC, founder footage, product clips, and reviews • Produce hook and format variations for testing • Create new iterations of winning ads • Keep every asset on-brand for each client • Deliver assets in Meta formats: 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 • Turn strategy and creative direction into high-performing Meta ad creative quickly and at volume across DTC brands

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of Meta or paid social ads, including statics and video • Understanding of direct-response creative, including hooks, pacing, and why an ad stops the scroll • Ability to turn raw or messy footage into polished ads • Fast turnaround and comfort producing multiple variations • Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or After Effects • Use of AI tools in workflow, including image generation, AI editing, and upscaling • Confidence designing static ads and editing video • Must be able to work a full day on Monday and Tuesday mornings PH time, not evenings • Minimum of 16 hours per week
