📋 Description

• Update Canva magazine templates with client-specific content • Replace photos, links, and other editable elements in existing Canva templates • Export completed files as PDFs • Compress PDF files for web optimization • Upload completed PDFs into Hazine or a similar digital publishing platform • Generate and verify shareable publication links • Organize and manage project files in Google Drive • Provide progress updates and notify the client upon task completion • Edit long-form videos into short-form social media reels as needed • Add captions and basic motion elements to videos • Organize completed video assets in Google Drive • Assist with social media content preparation • Support potential future CRM management and digital marketing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience • Strong experience using Canva • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to follow written and video instructions accurately • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills • Reliable communication and responsiveness • Experience managing files in Google Drive • Ability to provide regular progress updates • Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred • Basic video editing experience preferred • Familiarity with captioning short-form videos preferred • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini preferred • Basic understanding of social media content creation preferred • Ability to communicate questions promptly • Ability to meet deadlines while working a flexible schedule
