• Manage the end-to-end NDIS administration process • Prepare Service Agreements and Schedules of Supports using existing templates • Check current NDIS support items and rates • Prepare and send invoices directly to plan managers • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments • Ensure remittance advice is received and correctly matched • Identify rejected invoices, discrepancies and missing information requiring attention • Return completed records and Xero-ready bulk-upload information for accounting and internal-system updates • Work within prepared templates, workflows and bulk-upload spreadsheets without requiring broad system access • Potentially prepare and schedule approved content through an external scheduling platform if additional hours are needed
• Direct Australian NDIS provider administration experience • Experience working with plan managers • Understanding of NDIS invoicing, Service Agreements, Schedules of Supports, support items/rates, payment follow-up and remittances • Excellent written English • Attention to detail • Confidentiality • Reliability • Judgement to recognise when matters need escalation rather than making assumptions • Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets, Word/document templates, email and structured administrative workflows • Xero experience would be useful, particularly understanding invoice and reconciliation processes
