• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and strike the right tone in every situation • Nurture client relationships with passion, curiosity, openness, and creativity • Consult clients on identifying and utilizing opportunities along their digital customer journey • Responsible for continuous expansion of business relationships with several clients • Prepare proposals and, together with Client Partner Team colleagues, be accountable for the agency's annual purchase order volume • Act as partner and advisor to successfully tackle clients' digital challenges through joint projects
• Strong client orientation • 3-5 years professional experience in client service management, account management, or consulting (in a corporation or on the agency side) • Successfully completed university degree (in engineering, economics, or similar) or comparable qualification • Enjoy working strategically and passion for digital topics • Interest in people; able to connect easily and listen with curiosity • Proficient English skills • Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
