📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact for our clients and always strike the right tone in every situation. • You nurture your client relationships with passion, curiosity, openness, and creativity. • Our clients seek you out as a partner and advisor because of your personality and expertise, to successfully tackle their digital challenges through joint projects. • You build close and trusting relationships with the clients you manage. • You consult our clients on identifying and effectively utilizing opportunities along their customers' digital journey. • You are responsible for the continuous expansion of the business relationship with several of our clients. • You are responsible for the preparation of proposals and, together with colleagues from the Client Partner Team, accountable for the agency's annual purchase order volume.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong client orientation and at least 3–5 years of professional experience in client service management, account management, or consulting (either in-house or agency-side) • Completed university degree (engineering, economics, or a related field) or comparable qualification • You enjoy working strategically and are passionate about digital topics • You are interested in people, easily connect with others, listen with curiosity, and recognize what’s essential • Proficient in English and very good German (written and spoken).
