📋 Description

• Securing global opportunities by placing interns with innovative companies across industries and time zones. • Leading the conversation in virtual meetings to present our interns and highlight the value of our internship programs. • Building lasting partnerships by advising companies on intern selection and supporting them throughout the process. • Sourcing smart through LinkedIn, cold outreach, creative networking, and any method that gets results. • Keeping placements on track by managing key administrative steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English - no IELTS required, but if you have one, think 7.0+ • Cultural awareness and adaptability - bonus points if you've studied, lived, or worked abroad • A home base in the Americas, Europe, or Africa (UTC -8 to UTC+2) so you can cover US business hours • 1-3 Years experience in recruitment, sales, or similar roles where persuasion is key.
