📋 Description
• Translate approved briefs into 2020 Design and Magicplan plans, elevations, perspectives, and renderings • Create realistic lighting, balanced materials, staging, and camera angles for client presentations • Represent approved product lines faithfully using verified details or clearly labeled placeholders • Deliver complete, organized files ready when the US team begins its day • Run the full QA checklist and carry approved changes across affected views and files • Escalate conflicting inputs, unclear products, or timing risks in writing with impact and a recommended next step
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in 2020 Design and Magicplan • Ability to create clean plans and polished renderings efficiently • Ability to keep source files organized • Strong visual judgment regarding lighting, material balance, staging, and camera choice • Detail-oriented verification of dimensions, openings, products, finishes, and consistency • Ability to flag unverifiable details • Reliable opposite-hour execution and next-business-morning handoffs • Proactive written communication about risks and delays • Forward-thinking problem solving and workflow improvement within the brief • Secure handling of customer plans, addresses, credentials, pricing, and files • Use only approved tools and services
