📋 Description

• Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans in real-time. • Prepare and update patient records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. • Assist physicians with charting, coding, and ensuring all relevant medical data is captured. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper documentation of diagnoses, lab results, medications, and procedures. • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to support the timely completion of medical documentation. • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and proficiency in medical documentation. • Excellent listening and typing skills, with the ability to transcribe medical information accurately and quickly. • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple patient records efficiently. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams. • Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining accuracy under time-sensitive conditions. • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy laws.
