📋 Description

• Ideate, write, and visually design original, engaging social media content tailored specifically for LinkedIn and Meta • Create professional, eye-catching visual assets and graphics that align with our brand identity • Write compelling, clean social copy and hooks that drive engagement, comments, and shares within the healthcare and recruitment communities • Conceptualize and script cohesive social media campaigns designed to promote our services and open recruitment roles • Monitor platforms, lean into social engagement, and interact with our community to build brand loyalty • Assist with scheduling and tracking content deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience successfully managing professional social media channels • A truly creative individual who can take a loose idea, trend, or bulleted list and independently turn it into polished content • Highly capable of using modern AI tools to brainstorm or increase workflow efficiency, but possesses the raw skill to write and design original content without relying on it • Exceptional grammar, spelling, and design standards, especially critical when representing a professional healthcare brand • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred • In-depth understanding of what performs best on LinkedIn versus Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • Proficiency in modern design tools (like Canva or Adobe Suite). Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/social schedulers is preferred
