•Are you passionate about paid media and looking for an opportunity where you can grow, innovate, and have a real impact? •A leading UK-based advertising agency is seeking a talented Paid Media Marketer to join their expanding team. •This fully remote role is perfect for someone based in South Africa who wants to collaborate with a dynamic, forward-thinking team while working on meaningful campaigns that drive results.

🎯 Requirements

•Planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and TikTok. •Driving innovative solutions and developing cutting-edge strategies to help clients achieve their goals. •Specializing in a specific advertising platform, becoming a subject matter expert, and providing training and insights to the wider team. •Delivering insightful campaign analysis and recommendations to clients throughout and after campaigns. •Setting up and managing Google Analytics 4 accounts, ensuring effective tracking and reporting. •Leading client calls and presentations, sharing campaign results, strategies, and new ideas with confidence. •Collaborating with team members to review and refine optimizations, ensuring continuous improvement in paid media delivery. •You have a proven track record of managing paid search and social campaigns. •You’re analytical and focused on performance, able to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns. •You’re organized and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. •You’re confident in presenting ideas, strategies, and results to clients and team members. •You have a passion for continuous learning and are open to mastering new tools, platforms, and strategies. •Meta Blueprint certification or experience with tools like Google Campaign Manager 360 and Search Ads 360 is a bonus.
