📋 Description

• Develop integrated advertising strategies focused on SEA, Display (GDN), and YouTube. • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube. • Apply feed-based advertising (Dynamic Search, Retargeting, Prospecting). • Set up and manage Shopping, Performance Max, and Local campaigns. • Analyze data and results, translating insights into clear advice and concrete next steps. • Take responsibility for budget allocation, forecasting, and performance goals within your client portfolio. • Collaborate with CRO specialists (conversion optimization) and GTM/ABM specialists (data flows & lead generation). • Report and present results in Looker Studio / GA4, including optimization recommendations. • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation within the performance team. • Monitor, optimize, and test campaigns daily (A/B testing, creatives, bidding strategies). • Work in Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Channable, Tag Manager, adCore, Trueclicks, and Microsoft Ads. • Set up tracking and conversion measurement in collaboration with GTM specialists. • Write reports and performance updates for client teams (client communication is handled by Team NL). • Work towards clear goals, deadlines, and billable targets.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a SEA / Digital Advertising Specialist. • Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset. • Experience with B2B and/or lead generation campaigns. • Broad knowledge of SEA, Display, Video, and automation principles. • Experience with tools such as Google Ads / Editor, GA4, Channable, SA360, adCore, Trueclicks, and Microsoft Ads. • Understanding of feed management, AI-driven bidding strategies, and conversion tracking. • Proficient in English (Dutch is a plus). • Results-driven mentality and a team player within multidisciplinary teams. • Experience with Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok Ads) is a plus - you understand how these channels strengthen SEA within an omnichannel strategy. • Bonus: experience with Dutch clients, market, or language.
