📋 Description

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from property owners, developers, contractors, and homeowners. • Assist clients in understanding which service best fits their needs. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction at all times. • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked surveys or consultations. • Proactively follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp. • Support outbound outreach campaigns as needed (targeting developers, contractors, architects, estate agents, etc.). • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. • Update and manage CRM entries, leads, and pipeline stages. • Coordinate with surveyors and the operations team to schedule appointments. • Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and client engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in **sales, customer service, or client-facing roles**, ideally in property, construction, surveying, real estate, or related sectors. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, confident phone manner. • Ability to quickly understand client needs and recommend the right service. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools. • Must be available to work **UK hours**.
