📋 Description

• Drive the implementation and adoption of Power BI across the organization • Design, build, and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into KPIs such as MRR, churn, CAC, and operational performance • Connect Power BI to Salesforce, ERP systems, SQL databases, and subscription platforms • Develop scalable data models using DAX and Power Query for high-performance reporting and forecasting • Deliver tailored training and support to business users to promote self-service analytics and data literacy • Partner with FP&A, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product teams to capture requirements and deliver analytics solutions • Define and implement data governance practices focused on security, compliance, and data integrity • Manage Power BI initiatives end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and delivery • Optimize dashboards for performance and reliability and resolve technical issues • Monitor Power BI developments and recommend innovations to advance analytics capabilities • Report to the Head of Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a software or subscription business context • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, dataflows, and data modelling • Experience with Salesforce, SQL Server, and ERP systems • Deep understanding of recurring revenue, churn, retention, and other SaaS metrics • Ability to lead projects and align stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions • Strong communication skills with a history of mentoring or enabling others • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and BI deployment best practices • Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • Natural curiosity and growth mindset • Power BI certification, Agile project experience, or exposure to Python, R, or Tableau are nice to have • Contractor availability
