📋 Description
• Lead the implementation and adoption of Power BI across the organization, aligning it with business needs • Design, build, and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into KPIs such as MRR, churn, CAC, and operational performance • Connect Power BI to Salesforce, ERP systems, SQL databases, and subscription platforms • Develop scalable data models using DAX and Power Query for high-performance reporting and forecasting • Deliver tailored training and support to business users to encourage self-service analytics and improve data literacy • Partner with FP&A, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product teams to capture requirements and deliver analytics solutions • Define and implement data governance best practices focused on security, compliance, and data integrity • Manage Power BI initiatives end-to-end, from planning and execution through stakeholder communication and delivery • Optimize dashboards for performance and reliability and resolve technical issues proactively • Monitor new Power BI features and recommend innovations to advance analytics capabilities
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience in a software or subscription business context • Experience building SaaS metrics dashboards • Salesforce or another modern CRM experience from data and sales-cycle perspectives • Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, dataflows, and data modelling • Experience with Salesforce, SQL Server, and ERP systems • Deep understanding of recurring revenue, churn, retention, and other SaaS metrics • Ability to proactively understand and build the data needed for dashboards • Ability to lead projects and align technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong communication skills and experience mentoring or enabling others • Ability to translate business questions into measurable metrics, datasets, and dashboards • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and BI deployment best practices • Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • Power BI certification, Agile project experience, or exposure to Python, R, or Tableau are nice to have • Natural curiosity and growth mindset • Available for B2B contracting
