• Contacting prospects by phone, email or WhatsApp who have signed up for a trial class at Virtus Jiu-Jitsu • Qualifying prospects according to provided guidelines • Scheduling trial class appointments based on their availability • Documenting call outcomes and maintaining the customer database • Close coordination with the team to ensure prospects receive optimal support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in telephone sales or customer service is desirable • Friendly and persuasive phone manner • Structured way of working and ability to follow set procedures • Good communication skills and enjoyment in working with people • Basic knowledge of martial arts is a plus but not required
