📋 Description

• Support LAN, WAN (including SD-WAN), and Wi-Fi infrastructure for the customer • Gather customer requirements and create High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, and Run Book documentation following customer standards • Collaborate with deployment teams • Focus on solution gathering and design, with minimal support on actual migrations and occasional support on service or topology changes • Support the routing migration project across all customer sites from Zscaler to Palo Alto • Join an existing 15-person team

🎯 Requirements

• Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching technologies • Practical hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches • Basic Cisco CLI command proficiency • Working knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, and STP network protocols • Ability to perform basic-to-intermediate network configuration, fault identification, and hardware diagnostics • Good spoken and written English for technical documentation and customer/team interaction • Detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of working independently • Team player with strong customer-facing communication skills • Willingness to develop and pursue further certifications, such as CCNP
