📋 Description

• Originate new product concepts from scratch • Design complete mobile user journeys that translate complex biometric data into clear, motivating daily guidance • Ensure product flows support behaviour change and meaningful user outcomes • Maintain experience quality across the full app • Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability tests, diary studies, and in-app feedback loops • Turn qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable design decisions • Build and maintain a clear understanding of users, motivations, and drop-off points • Bring user evidence into design discussions • Build and evolve the next app version using rapid prototyping • Design for mobile constraints including clarity, performance, and one-handed use • Maintain the design library and high-fidelity mockups • Ensure consistency across components, patterns, and interaction models • Collaborate with product and engineering to ship designs • Define and track success metrics • Test assumptions before and after launch • Identify and fix problems independently, with or without a brief

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 7 years of experience as a product or UX designer • Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership • Proven ability to originate product concepts, not just refine existing ones • Deep mobile app design experience, including iOS patterns and small-screen constraints • Strong user research skills, including study design, execution, synthesis, and application of findings • Expert-level Figma skills and a clean, efficient design process • Experience with AI tools to accelerate the design process • Fast prototyping and concept validation skills • Ability to iterate quickly based on evidence and assess build readiness • Understanding of behaviour change, habit formation, and how design affects habits • Strong written English • Ability to make well-reasoned independent decisions and take ownership • Geographically based in the EU/UK timezone • Applications from Asia or the Americas will not be considered • Experience in health, wellness, or longevity products is a strong advantage • Experience building data products and data visualisations is a strong advantage • B2C product experience is a strong advantage • Fluency in German is a strong advantage • Resume and portfolio link or attachment showing led work, including original concepts, user research, full journeys, and shipped mobile experiences
