📋 Description

• Prospect and qualify new clients that employ 20-500 office workers across various industries, utilizing phone and video demonstrations • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit monthly targets • Present to and consultatively sell to C-Suite executives, Purchasing Managers, Office Managers, Owners, and individuals who purchase print materials and promotional items on behalf of the organization • Provide a smooth transition from first interaction to customer agreement to account handoff to our Account Management Teams • Work with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify industry trends and prioritize customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related field • 1-3 years of sales-related experience • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting • A self-motivated, strong influencing, results-oriented mindset • Experience in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are a must.
