📋 Description

• Design and partner with engineering to deliver high-performance tables, dynamic views, and data pipelines, ensuring optimal query performance and scalability for Fulfillment Data Consumers. • Develop sophisticated, "at-a-glance" visualizations in Looker that translate trends and efficiencies into actionable insights. • Leverage Snowflake Cortex to deploy LLM-powered functions or predictive forecasting directly within our data platform. • Analyze complex data to optimize fulfillment metrics, propose changes to our planning strategies, or help our fulfillment centers run more optimally. • Provide leadership oversight to ensure that—across all the programs we're working on throughout VCS and with our cross-functional stakeholders—we prioritize our work and resources effectively, measure impact, and deliver results. • Act as a consultant to leaders across Product Management, Sales, Finance, Systems Integrations, and others, transforming vague business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks and developing mutually beneficial working relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with a background in technical project/program management or product management. • 3+ years of experience building and managing a team. • Expert-level proficiency in SQL. • Experience with JIRA and Advanced Dashboarding platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma). • Hands-on experience (or strong theoretical knowledge) with Snowflake Cortex functions (e.g., COMPLETE, EXTRACT_ANSWER, SUMMARIZE) or similar SQL-based AI tools. • Ability to work alongside senior leadership to set the tooling and system vision, improving operational efficiency and the overall quality of operations. • Experience collaborating with product organizations, finance, and other business functions to design, implement, or integrate technical solutions. • Experience communicating and translating non-technical to technical (and vice versa) requirements and discussions, as well as coordinating and running multiple organizational projects. • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing priorities, both as an IC and for your team. • A keen eye for continuous optimization. • The ability to analyze data to identify the largest strategic opportunities for the organization and use data-driven insights to provide high-impact recommendations.
