• Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound prospecting • Run high-volume outbound cold outreaches to identify qualified opportunities and secure meetings • Represent the company’s products and services to potential customers • Learn about and document our target audiences’ challenges and understand their pain points
• One (1) or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets/quotas • You are a hunter and are passionate, assertive, and confident with a never quit / get-it-done attitude • You are thrilled about the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of others • Strong communication skills via phone and email • Proven, creative problem-solving skills • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM and email tools a plus
