• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for each business unit (Compound Semiconductor, Functional Materials, Thin Film, and Infrared) • Analyze market trends for each business unit, competition, and key-customer technology roadmaps to identify opportunities and threats • Work with HQ and various Vital sites to determine pricing strategies, product positioning, and sales tactics • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business unit leaders and sales team • Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales to existing customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners • Identify and explore new market opportunities and expansion strategies for organic growth • Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends • Ensure that sales activities comply with all relevant regulations and standards
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of revenue targets • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems • Adept at managing budgets and financial performance
