📋 Description

• Conduct remote semi-structured interviews (via Phone) with older adults • Gather meaningful feedback on participants' experiences and satisfaction with services • Independently organize and manage your interview schedule • Conduct interviews with empathy • Track call dispositions and access participant information through an online file-sharing platform • Record interview outcomes and submit findings • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with federal HIPAA regulations and data security • Maintain regular communication with Vital Research for updates and support

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom and other web-based platforms • Comfortably working with individuals with disabilities • Excellent communication skills to build trust and establish rapport • Equipped with a personal computer and a secure Wi-Fi connection • Organized and attentive to detail
