📋 Description

• Schedule interviews quickly and accurately for hiring managers, Talent Partners, interviewers, and panels • Keep ATS data clean, including statuses, notes, and next steps • Own clear, timely, and human candidate communication across email, LinkedIn, and job boards • Identify where candidates are stuck and remove bottlenecks • Research issues first, make recommendations, add context, and involve decision-makers in time • Use AI to work faster while applying personal judgment • Own candidate response time, time between stages, time to hire, and hires against target • Work embedded with the recruiting team of one of Viva Talent’s US customers to keep the hiring pipeline moving

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience supporting recruiting or employee processes • Experience scheduling interviews for hiring managers, recruiters, or Talent Partners • Experience using an ATS or HRIS to manage candidate or employee records, statuses, and next steps • Experience managing candidate or employee communication by email, LinkedIn, or job boards • C1 English level: confident, concise, and comfortable at a fast pace • 2+ years at one company at some point in your career • Typing speed of 40+ WPM • Experience using AI tools in real work and reviewing outputs before relying on them • Relevant experience may come under titles such as Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiting Scheduler, Recruiting Assistant, or HR Coordinator • Listing is for Viva referrals only; applicants not referred by a Viva team member should apply through the appropriate LATAM or South Africa link
