📋 Description

• Write and publish SEO and AEO content end to end • Turn keyword-cluster briefs into solution pages, landing pages, guides, and content refreshes • Create content based on Viva’s ideal customer profile, audience pain points, search intent, and customer problems • Use AirOps, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools for research, outlining, and drafting • Apply human judgment for accuracy, originality, voice, and factual correctness • Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to decide what content to rewrite, consolidate, or improve • Apply on-page SEO through headings, metadata, internal linking, schema, and sound page structure • Research competitors and benchmarks to identify content gaps and opportunities • Own the publishing cadence and maintain the editorial calendar • Make clean, developer-ready handoffs to the WordPress developer • Help create processes and standards for consistent, high-quality content • Collaborate with the SEO & AEO Manager and WordPress Developer • Report to the SEO & AEO Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of SEO content-writing experience • Published work and evidence of organic-traffic growth • Ability to turn keyword clusters into clear, well-researched, publish-ready pages • Understanding of headings, metadata, internal linking, schema, search intent, and basic SERP analysis • Experience using AI-assisted content workflows, such as AirOps, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools • Ability to maintain a consistent content cadence and make clean developer handoffs • Strong written and spoken English for US or international audiences • C1–C2 English proficiency expected; C2 written and spoken English strongly preferred • Structured and autonomous working style • Ability to create processes, work independently, and prioritize without constant direction • Effective collaboration with the SEO & AEO Manager and WordPress Developer • Must be based in Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico
