📋 Description

• Own the SEO and AEO roadmap, including priorities, timelines, and KPIs • Take over existing organic search processes, improve them, and drive them forward day to day • Build content strategy through keyword research, topic clustering, editorial briefs, and prioritization tied to business goals • Run technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation • Build AEO strategy to improve Viva's visibility, citations, and surfacing across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude • Report to the Head of Marketing • Complete the hiring process: application, recruiter screen, skills assessment, hiring-manager interview, and final interview

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as an SEO Manager • Hands-on experience across technical SEO and content SEO • End-to-end ownership of an SEO roadmap, including prioritization, execution, reporting, and iteration • Hands-on experience with AEO and/or GEO • Hands-on experience using AirOps or a similar tool as part of an SEO or content workflow • Technical SEO proficiency in site architecture, crawl optimization, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup • Content strategy experience with keyword research, topic clustering, editorial prioritization, and content briefs • Experience managing an SEO team or directly leading SEO team members • Data-driven reporting connecting organic performance to business outcomes • Must be based in Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico
