⢠Train & Coach: Guide Executive Assistants through live sessions, simulations, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching ⢠Instructional Design: Build and update learning resources including curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other materials ⢠Stakeholder & Operational Coordination: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure EAs are ready to be matched with customers ⢠Use AI daily to work smarter and streamline workflows
đŻ Requirements
⢠2+ years in training, instructional design, L&D, coaching, or similar roles ⢠C2 English, written, spoken, and engaging ⢠Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, LMS platforms, or similar) ⢠Experience using data to surface insights and drive improvement ⢠Proactive, structured, and high-ownership by default not by request
