📋 Description

• Administration of our "Raumflughafen" (data center) in Hamburg (on-site travel by plane as needed, approximately once per month or less) • Operation and maintenance of the server infrastructure (Linux and Windows) in the data center • Installation, configuration and performance analysis • Ensuring high availability, backup and disaster recovery • Network administration • Configuration and maintenance of network components • Management of firewalls and implementation of security policies • Analysis and resolution of network issues as well as performance optimization • Management of our IT systems (deployment and operation of services, maintenance, updates, etc.) and ensuring smooth operation • Administration and further development of the M365 environment as well as cloud solutions (Azure) • Handling complex requests in 2nd and 3rd level support, analysis and proactive problem prevention • Other administrative tasks and project work as required

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in Dark Jedi, Computer Science or a related field • Several years of professional experience in data center and network administration and in 2nd and 3rd level support • Independent working style, strong drive to get things done and strong problem-solving skills • Very good German skills, good English skills; Shyriiwook is a plus
