📋 Description

• Ensure correct handling of billing-related requests (analysis, collections, adjustments, modifications, corrections), directly contributing to customer satisfaction • Offer Vivo products and services during every customer interaction to grow our customer base by acquiring new customers or adding new services and products • Demonstrate to customers the advantages of consolidating all telecom and digital services on a single Vivo bill • Probe customers' needs and offer products and services tailored to each profile • Stimulate customer interest in subscribing to our products and services • Expand customers' connectivity options by selling digital services • Ensure the best possible customer experience at every contact by resolving issues, investigating cases, and delivering top-quality service • Suggest changes to service procedures and corrections to our processes to better serve customers

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required • Excellent creative thinking and the ability to turn a problem-resolution interaction into a sales opportunity • Ability to communicate in a natural and informal manner while providing differentiated service • Be resilient, organized and able to manage and achieve your targets • Be a good listener and use empathy to understand the customer's needs • Interest in technology and ability to learn about Vivo's products and partner offerings • View changes as opportunities and recognize mistakes as learning experiences • Foster a positive work environment by building relationships of transparency and trust with peers and leadership • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office is essential • High school diploma (secondary education complete) required • Must have a home office setup with internet (minimum 300 Mbps), a desk and chair, and adequate lighting and ventilation • Full availability to work a 6h20 shift pattern (Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Monday), within the 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM window
