📋 Description

• Receive requests from Business Areas and translate them into a solution, performing feasibility analysis from both system and functional perspectives. • Participate in meetings, gather requirements from clients, prepare technical specifications together with development/delivery teams, follow up on tests, compile the necessary documentation, and support the definition of solutions aimed at optimizing effort and cost. • Monitor project progress, supporting the Development and Testing chain through to Deployment, following Telefónica/Vivo processes and governance. • Work on projects that may involve multiple systems/teams (e.g., Kenan, Atlys, Siebel, NGIN, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably holds a degree in Computer Science; Computer Engineering; Information Systems; Information Technology; or Systems Analysis and Development. • Experience in Information Technology. • Analytical profile, disciplined, with a sense of ownership. • Demonstrates decision-making ability, autonomy, negotiation skills, dynamism, and flexibility. • Experience in project management, systems analysis and development, requirements elicitation and definition, and functional analysis. • Experience with agile methodologies. • Ability to identify and resolve conflicts within the project scope. • Project management certification (differential).
