📋 Description

• Serve as a technical reference and support architectural decisions involving the Vivo App, Development Framework, backend services, and content platforms • Understand how the different layers of the Development Framework work, including web applications, BFFs, microservices, session management, navigation, and integrations • Support the evolution of integrations between the Development Framework and CMS platforms • Analyze complex end-to-end issues by investigating logs, configurations, code, integrations, APIs, environments, and dependencies • Support the diagnosis and resolution of incidents and defects involving multiple squads or technology layers • Contribute to the design of backend solutions, integrations, and services to advance digital customer journeys • Participate in solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions • Work with developers, architects, specialists, product teams, and vendors • Document technical decisions and share knowledge • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and impacts in advance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Knowledge of development framework layers, including web applications, BFFs, microservices, session management, navigation, and integrations • Knowledge of CMS integrations • Knowledge of backend systems, APIs, integrations, and services • Experience troubleshooting and investigating logs, configurations, code, environments, and dependencies between systems • Knowledge of solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions • Ability to analyze complex issues end to end • Ability to identify technical risks, dependencies, and impacts
