📋 Description

• Lead the Checkout domain for the Electronics vertical from a technical perspective. • Design solutions, define architecture, and drive the technical evolution of systems. • Manage initiatives end-to-end, from conception to delivery, ensuring quality, stability and alignment with business objectives. • Act as the Checkout domain spokesperson in alignments with partner teams, Product, Business and other stakeholders. • Provide technical direction for the domain, ensuring consistency between architectural decisions, execution and strategy. • Support recruitment and development of team members with skills aligned to the technologies and disciplines required by the domain. • Map technical gaps and define the capabilities needed to sustain the domain’s evolution. • Guide the team in day-to-day activities through technical mentorship, support on complex decisions and dissemination of best practices. • Ensure collaboration among involved teams, facilitating communication, dependency management and decision-making. • Monitor technical and business metrics, proposing continuous improvements to the checkout journey. • Use AI tools to accelerate development, support technical decisions and increase squad productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce with a focus on checkout, payments, anti-fraud or conversion. • Experience in environments with multiple systems, integrations and high criticality. • Experience structuring roles, technical specializations or operating models to achieve scale. • Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Knowledge of React Native, SAP Commerce and BFF.
