📋 Description

• Handle support tickets via phone, email and the ticketing system • Log both proactive and reactive tickets, complete required service checklists, and apply test and resolution runbooks when possible • Support and coordinate with field teams to ensure tests are completed and deliver a positive final result for the customer

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Willingness to study and obtain certifications • Basic networking knowledge and understanding of security concepts • Familiarity with Fortinet products
