📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders (COR/COTR) and ensure contract compliance • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reviews and executive briefings • Manage CDRL deliverables, including reports, transition plans, and security documentation • Drive Agile practices: sprint planning, backlog management, velocity tracking, and retrospectives • Maintain staffing plans, handle personnel changes, and oversee subcontractor performance • Manage and maintain an integrated risk register with timely escalation and mitigation • Ensure adherence to ISO, CMMI, and organizational compliance standards • Monitor program performance metrics and implement corrective actions when required

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess an active secret clearance • Strong program and project management experience, preferably in federal/DoD environments • Expertise in Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog management, velocity tracking) • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow • Solid understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and performance metrics • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs • Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills • Knowledge of security and compliance tools (eMASS, STIGs, etc.) • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, and CMMI Level 3 standards • Experience with Service Summary (SS-1 to SS-23) metrics and SLA tracking • Ability to drive data-driven decision-making and reporting • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required. • Preferred Certification: Active TS/SCI Clearance • DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I or II (Security+, CAP, or equivalent) • SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master Certification • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
