📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical lead for project implementation and ongoing support • Collaborate with project managers to scope technical requirements and create detailed implementation plans • Write comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, step-by-step procedures, and execution plans • Implement and configure IT solutions in line with project specifications and internal best practices • Train internal support teams on newly deployed systems and tools • Track and monitor project milestones, ensuring successful delivery within timelines • Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining technical excellence • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Be available for occasional off-hours (evening/weekend) deployments • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and timely resolution of technical issues • Stay current with emerging technologies through training and certifications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IT infrastructure project implementation • Industry-recognized certifications (preferred): Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Fortinet Certifications (NSE4 & NSE5) • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • Strong proficiency with: Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 Suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online) • Bilingual in English and French (Required) • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
