📋 Description

• Contribute to the success of the firm by managing engagements and client interactions. • Identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients. • Monitor and track grant opportunities at state and federal levels. • Oversee and support Consultants and Senior Consultants. • Ensure timely and accurate billing of clients. • Maintain positive client relationships and demonstrate executive presence. • Assist with presentation development for RFPs and client proposals. • Review monthly billing promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience. • Minimum of 4+ years of consulting experience; 6+ years of healthcare industry experience. • Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to excellent work product and client service. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Basic competence in public speaking. • Ability to demonstrate insight and professional judgment, with an aptitude for critical thinking. • Takes initiative and is proactive. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software tools.
