• Lead multiple Transaction Advisory Services engagements across the healthcare industry, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, physician alignment initiatives, and financial due diligence. • Serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership teams, private equity sponsors, health systems, physician organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle. • Direct financial due diligence analyses, including Quality of Earnings analyses, working capital assessments, debt and debt-like analyses, financial modeling, earn-out calculations and transaction-related analytics. • Identify and communicate transaction risks, value creation opportunities, and strategic considerations to clients. • Provide input on purchase agreements and collaborate with legal teams to ensure appropriate. • Lead multidisciplinary engagement teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. • Develop executive-level presentations, diligence reports, board materials, and other client deliverables. • Build and maintain trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing engagements and develop new business. • Lead proposal development, client presentations, and business development pursuits in partnership with TAS leadership. • Mentor and develop consulting professionals through coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. • Contribute to the continued growth of the TAS practice through continuous improvement actions, recruiting, thought leadership, and development of best practices and consulting methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced degree or professional certification required. • Six-plus (6+) years of progressive experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, Healthcare Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or a related field. • Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare transactions, including buy-side and sell-side engagements, financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings analyses, working capital assessments, financial modeling, and transaction-related analytics. • Healthcare industry experience across one or more sectors, including hospitals and health systems, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), managed service organizations (MSOs), dental service organizations (DSOs), revenue cycle management, healthcare IT, payors, pharmacy, post-acute care, or other healthcare organizations. • Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent engagements, build trusted relationships with executive-level clients, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced consulting environment. • Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with demonstrated leadership, sound business judgment, and the ability to mentor and develop consulting professionals. • Experience within a dedicated healthcare Transaction Advisory Services or Financial Due Diligence practice, advising private equity firms, strategic investors, or healthcare organizations through complex transactions, is strongly preferred. • Ability to travel up to 25%, depending on client and business needs.
