📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, promoting best practices and code quality • Serve as a reference for system architecture and technical decision-making • Lead implementation and migration projects for legacy systems (VTEX) • Develop and evolve full stack applications (hands-on when necessary) • Design and implement APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Ensure scalability, resilience, and performance of applications • Implement optimization strategies (caching, load balancing, fault tolerance) • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Ensure observability of applications (monitoring, logging, tracing) • Participate in resolving critical incidents and production troubleshooting • Mentor and develop the team technically

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English • Proven experience in technical leadership of teams or projects • Experience with at least one full cycle of implementation/migration of a legacy system (VTEX) • Strong experience with: • React • TypeScript and Node.js • and/or Go • and/or C#/.NET • Experience building distributed systems, APIs, and microservices • Strong knowledge of database modeling • Experience with DevOps: • CI/CD • Docker
