📋 Description
• Own the full lifecycle of conferences, hosted events, and webinars • Proactively scout and evaluate industry events • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics (registrations, booth management, shipping, vendors, collateral) • Lead cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in event marketing • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and support a variety of event programs • Exceptional operational rigor, time management, and strong follow-through • Ability to write clear, professional social media posts and event web copy • Confidence and ability to influence key stakeholders to ensure execution
