📋 Description

• After a comprehensive onboarding, as an Account Manager New Business (m/f/d) you analyze new business customer requirements and develop customer-specific solution concepts based on an integrated communications strategy (e.g. Cloud, Security, AI, IoT, Software as a Service, fixed-line, mobile). • You focus clearly on closing new customers in the segment of companies with more than 50 employees. • You ask the right questions to identify the customer's challenges and needs and develop an individual solution concept for the customer on that basis. • You structure and manage sales projects and work closely with your specialist team to drive digital transformation for customers. • You continuously develop your expertise in digital topics to create forward-looking solutions for and with the customer. • You handle tenders/RFPs, conduct negotiations, deliver professional presentations at executive level and agree strategic and operational goals with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree or equivalent vocational training combined with 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably with telecom or hardware/software/IT products). • Basic industry knowledge with a technical affinity. • Analytical thinking, the ability to work independently, and a highly sales-oriented mindset and approach. • Proven closing ability, a strong drive to succeed, persuasiveness and crisis management skills. • Focused, goal-oriented, reliable and resilient. • English language skills, spoken and written (C1 CEFR), are an advantage. • Business-fluent German (C1).
