• As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you sell standard products, catalogue solutions and add‑ons to existing customers as well as to new customers (acquisition) within an assigned sales territory. • You are responsible for achieving sales and targets in your assigned sales territory. • You ensure a strong presence, effective customer support and customer retention for Vodafone within your territory. • You analyze the sales territory and qualify customer contacts; you assess and acquire new customer potential and leverage existing customer potential; you reduce churn. • You conduct needs analyses with customers, taking competitive conditions into account (price analyses, complementary needs).
• Secondary school leaving certificate (Abitur) and completed commercial/vocational training as a minimum requirement; a university degree is preferred. • 1–2 years of professional experience in sales of telecom or hardware/software/IT products. • Good technical knowledge. • Ability to work independently. • Sales‑oriented mindset and approach. • Strong crisis management skills.
