📋 Description

• As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for selling standard products, catalog solutions and add‑ons to business customers—both existing accounts and new customers (acquisition)—within a designated sales territory. • You are accountable for achieving revenue and target goals in your assigned territory. • You ensure a strong presence, provide effective customer support and foster customer retention for Vodafone in your area. • You analyze the sales territory and qualify customer contacts; identify and acquire new customer opportunities, maximize existing customer potential and work to reduce churn. • You conduct needs analyses with customers while taking competitive conditions into account (price analyses, complementary product needs). • You set challenging goals, prioritize them and focus on what matters; you manage your time and resources effectively. • You take personal responsibility and are reliable and resilient.

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary school leaving certificate (Abitur) and completed commercial vocational training as a minimum requirement; ideally a university degree. • 1–2 years of professional experience in sales of telecom or hardware/software/IT products. • Goal‑oriented: sets and prioritizes challenging objectives. • Focused: concentrates on the essentials and manages time and resources. • Reliable and resilient: takes personal responsibility. • Very good written and spoken English (B2 CEFR).
