• As an Associate Data Account Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for selling customized, consultative fixed-line, software and telephone-system services—composed of individual product components and complex solutions—to business customers in existing accounts as well as to new customers (acquisition), supporting an experienced Data Account Manager. • You generate qualified leads for cloud and cyber security products and projects. • Within 11 to 15 months, you will take on your own sales territory as a Data Account Manager or possibly as an Account Manager in customer sales. • You build genuine relationships with our business customers—personal, collaborative, and professional. • You identify what our customers need—from internet & telephony to cloud and IT security solutions. • You develop tailored strategies to win new customers and keep existing customers engaged for the long term. • You are part of a motivated, results-driven team that delivers outcomes.
• A completed secondary school leaving certificate (Abitur) and a commercial vocational qualification as the minimum requirement, or a university degree—ideally in a business and/or technical discipline. • One to two years of professional experience in direct sales in the business-customer environment is advantageous, ideally in IT, software, or the telecommunications industry. • Interest in, and ideally an affinity for, technology, digital solutions and innovation. • Strong communication skills, team spirit—and enjoyment in persuading people. • Goal-oriented: sets and prioritizes challenging objectives. • Good English skills, written and spoken (B2 CEFR). • German language skills, written and spoken (C2 CEFR).
