• As an Associate Data Account Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for selling tailored, consultative fixed-line, software and telephony system services—ranging from individual product components to complex solutions—to existing business customers as well as to new clients (acquisition), supporting an experienced Data Account Manager. • You generate qualified leads for cloud and cyber security products and projects. • Within 11 to 15 months, you will take over your own sales territory as a Data Account Manager or possibly as an Account Manager in customer sales. • You build genuine relationships with our business customers — personal, partnership-oriented and professional. • You identify what our customers need — from internet & telephony to cloud and IT security solutions. • You develop tailored strategies to win new customers and to delight existing customers over the long term. • You are part of a motivated, results-driven team that delivers.
• Abitur (German school-leaving certificate) and completed commercial vocational training as a minimum requirement; alternatively, a university degree—preferably in a business and/or technical field. • One to two years' professional experience in direct sales within a business-customer environment is advantageous, ideally in the IT, software or telecommunications industry. • Interest in, and ideally an affinity for, technology, digital solutions and innovation. • Strong communication skills, team spirit — and enjoyment in persuading people. • Goal-oriented: sets and prioritizes challenging targets. • Good written and spoken English (B2 CEFR). • Excellent written and spoken German (C2 CEFR).
