• As a (Junior) Account Manager, you are responsible for selling defined IoT and Cloud solutions to new and existing business customers and pursuing a holistic approach to win customers for Vodafone. • You act as a motivator to actively drive digital transformation with new and existing customers. • You are responsible for relationship management with customers and colleagues within your team. • You prepare analyses of the Buying Center, arrange appointments with customers and clarify stakeholder interests.
• Completed degree or commercial vocational training and ideally at least one year of professional experience in sales or in the IT or telecoms sector. • Solid technical knowledge and strong expertise in IoT & Cloud. • Basic industry knowledge and a technical affinity for digital solutions. • Analytical thinking combined with a strong sales orientation in both mindset and actions. • You have solid knowledge and experience in project management and a reliable, structured way of working. • The ability to understand customer needs, develop creative solutions and communicate clearly and persuasively. • Negotiation-level German (C1).
