• As Account Manager New Business (m/f/d) you are responsible for analyzing customer requirements. • You develop customer-specific solution concepts and sales strategies for voice and data applications as well as UCC and ICT solutions. • You focus specifically on closing new customers in companies with more than 50 employees. • You analyze and qualify assigned prospects and generate new customer acquisition potential. • You conduct needs analyses with customers, taking competitive conditions into account, such as price analyses and complementary requirements. • You coordinate appointments with the sales team, prepare proposals, follow them up, close contracts and evaluate successes or failures.
• Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) or comparable vocational training • 1–3 years of professional experience in sales (preferably in telecom or hardware/software/IT products) • Basic industry knowledge with a technical affinity • Analytical thinking • Ability to work independently • Highly sales-oriented mindset and approach • Strong closing ability, high drive to succeed and persuasiveness • Crisis management skills • Business-fluent German (C1)
