• As Store Manager (own stores) (m/f/d), you are responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of the employees in your store. • You are responsible for coaching sales processes in the store and for passing on successful sales techniques to the team. • You are responsible for performance management and thus for achieving the store's targets. • You ensure proper operation and outward presentation of the store, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, Vodafone retail guidelines, and inventory and cash-handling policies. • You initiate measures to increase customer satisfaction within the given guidelines. • You analyze areas for improvement and proactively drive sustainable solutions. • You initiate measures to increase customer satisfaction and develop sales-promoting initiatives.
• Completed commercial or business administration vocational training. • At least 4 years' professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations — or alternatively a completed degree and at least 2 years' professional experience. • Experience and aptitude for leading teams and employees. • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions. • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 CEFR).
