📋 Description

• You are responsible as a Vertical Fixed Account Manager (m/f/d) for selling consultative UC/C-, fixed network (WAN/LAN), cloud, and security solutions by selling individual product components to business customers within your assigned accounts. • You provide comprehensive account coverage, working in collaboration with the respective Key Account Manager / International Account Manager / Global Account Manager assigned to the customer. • You contribute to developing customer-specific account plans by taking into account customer potential relevant to solution business. • You analyze your customers and qualify contacts by identifying and acquiring new customer potential, maximizing existing customer potential, and reducing churn. • You conduct comprehensive, holistic needs analyses by preparing detailed process cost and profitability analyses for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant field. • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management for multinational companies, preferably in solution sales. • Experience identifying customer requirements and developing creative, innovative, customer-focused solutions in an international context. • Knowledge in the development and operation of national and international access solutions, preferably with a technical sales background. • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (C1 CEFR).
